necessary for delivery purposes, Goods are sold on the
understanding that they will only be used for their intended

responsibility for any damage or injury whether this be
accidental, deliberate or otherwise. All products offered for
sale on this web site are subject to stock availability. We
reserve the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time.
ORDERING
You undertake that all details provided
by you to Elegant Nail Files for the purpose of purchasing goods
are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your
own, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of
the goods ordered. If you supply incorrect or inaccurate address
details and your order is returned to us as a result of this, a
charge will be made for re-delivery. Payment for products must
be received prior to goods being dispatched. Payment can be made
by credit or debit card online via Paypal, or by cheque made
payable to D. Lloyd-Roberts. Ownership of goods shall pass to
the purchaser only when we have received full payment. Goods are
subject to delivery charges as described in the web site. An
invoice will be supplied via e-mail with every order via.

business in any circumstances.

unless for the purpose of delivering your goods, or with your
prior permission. Credit or debit card transactions are
processed online via Paypal.
