Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. All online payments are processed through PayPal - a secure online system. This is a very secure method of payment using encrypted software, so you can be confident that your card details are securely held. You may also order by e-mail, phone or post if you prefer. Credit Card Security - Elegant Nail Files does not receive details about your credit or debit card as this is handled entirely by Paypal.

Once you are happy to place your order and proceed to Checkout, you will be passed to our card authentication service provider, PayPal. You will receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment.

Delivery

Coloured & Hand Painted Files - Every effort will be made to dispatch these if in stock within 48 hours of receipt of your order and we will inform you as soon as possible of any delays. Orders may be delayed if items are not in stock, but we will notify you should this occur.

Exclusive Rhinestone Collection -If in stock these will also be dispatched in 48 hrs. If out of stock every effort will be made to dispatch them within 5 days as the Rhinestones are put on by hand.

All delivery time scales are approximate. If reasonable attempts have been made to deliver goods, and they are then returned due to non-collection from the Post Office a charge will be made to cover our costs. We cannot be held responsible if the Post Office has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquiries to trace goods have been completed. Elegant Nail Files, cannot be held responsible for goods delivered to a work address that have been lost and are not signed for personally by you, the purchaser. Deliveries outside Cyprus may be subject to currency exchange, import duties and taxes at your expense. As the purchaser you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods. It is your responsibility to deal with any customs enquiries and pay any additional charges that may be due.

Returns Policy

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with details of the product(s) to be returned and the reason for doing so. Unwanted products may only be returned in unused and perfect condition within 7 days of receipt of goods. Elegant Nail Files is not responsible for postage costs for returned goods unless items are faulty or damaged upon delivery. Postage costs may be deducted from any credit made to you for returned goods.

All returned items should be packaged appropriately and returned via recorded or special delivery with details of your name, address and invoice number. You must retain proof of posting from the Post Office/courier. Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible, be unused, undamaged and in re-saleable condition. We cannot accept returned products that have been used or are soiled in any way, and are entitled to make a charge for damaged, used, soiled, or missing items. This may affect the amount credited to you. Refunds are given at the discretion of Elegant Nail Files and only if goods are returned in perfect condition. Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong products, they are damaged, defective, or are of a different quantity or type to that stated on your order, Elegant Nail Files will correct the order as soon as possible provided you notify us within 7 days. Faulty or damaged goods must be returned to Elegant Nail Files properly packaged in the manner described above. In these circumstances reasonable postage costs will usually be refunded.

Please respect your glass nail file - it is made of glass and may break if you do not protect it!
Although all our glass nail files are strengthened during the manufacturing process, they are essentially made of glass and may break if placed under undue pressure, or are dropped on a hard surface,. Elegant Nail Files is not responsible for accidental damage in any circumstance and will not replace glass nail files that have been broken accidentally whilst stored in handbags, dropped on the floor, or for any other reason.
