FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q What makes Crystal Files better than
other nail files on the market?
A. Unlike many other products, especially
paper or metal, the filing surface of your Crystal Nail
File will last forever. Regular use of a
Crystal Nail File reduces chipping, peeling, and splitting
helps nail growth, and promotes strong healthy nails. In addition, glass and crystal are the
ultimate materials to meet maximum hygienic standards. Glass is
not porous so it does not absorb moisture causing germs and
bacteria to develop.
Q. How long does it take before I notice
a difference in my nails?
A. You will notice a difference right
away. Immediately after your first use, you will notice how
smooth the tips of your nails are.
Q.How do I care for my Crystal File?
A.The files are very easy to maintain.
Simply wash in warm, soapy water (with or without a brush). For
professional use the file can be repeatedly sterilized with
heat, liquid, or UVB lighting.
Q.Can I put my Crystal Nail File in the
dishwasher?
A.Yes. The hot temperature of your

painted images or rhinestones.

A.To ensure that you enjoy your Crystal
Nail File for a very long time, please remember that it is a
glass product. Do not allow the file to fall on a hard surface.
